Discharging firearms or fireworks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SPEED LIMIT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>10 MPH within RV Park. Strictly enforced for the safety of our guests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BEHAVIOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Residence guests are liable and responsible for conducting themselves, their pets, their children and their guests in such a manner so as NOT to disturb, annoy, endanger, or other wise interfere with enjoyment of this park by other guests. Be courteous. DO NOT TRESPASS ON OCCUPIED SITES!<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUIET HOURS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>10:00 p.m to 8:oo am: Loud offensive noises of any kind will NOT be tolerated at any time. Generators must be turned OFF during quiet hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRASH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for keeping your site clean. Please bag trash and place in trash containers found throughout the park. DO NOT leave trash outside your RV overnight.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PETS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Well behaved pets are welcome. Must NOT disturb other guests. Must NOT be left attended. Dogs and cats must be kept inside at night. Dog &#8216;accidents&#8217; in all areas must be picked up immediately.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SMOKING:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Management asks that you extinguish in \u00a8military style\u00a8, &amp; place butts in ashtray or pocket.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHECK OUT TIME<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>12:00 NOON on day of scheduled departure.<\/p>\n<p>PLEASE REPLACE COVER ON SEWER &amp; LEAVE SITE CLEAN.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXTENDED STAY<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>RVers-Tenants who wish to extend their stay MUST NOTIFY OFFICE NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM ON THEIR SCHEDULED DEPARTURE DAY.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VISITORS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Visitors are welcome from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.\u00a0Visitors are not entitled to use parks facilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WARNING:<\/strong> Potentially dangerous animals, plants, reptiles and insects inhabit the desert terrain. Watch children and pets!<\/p>\n<p><strong>MESSAGES:<\/strong> As a courtesy, messages are taken for our guests and held in the office for you to pick up. Only emergency messages will be delivered to your site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POOL<\/strong>: PLEASE follow rules posted in pool area.
